GOODWILL

Goodwill offers a 48-hour priority, fee-based pick up service for Los Angeles area residents who wish to donate their unwanted items to Goodwill Southern California using College Hunks Hauling. This priority service charges a fee but includes additional benefits such as the removal of items from anywhere inside your property, as well as the removal of items Goodwill cannot accept. SOCIETY OF ST.VINCENT DE PAUL

The Society’s Thrift Store has been in continuous operation since 1917 and serves more than 100,000 customers a year. The Thrift Store not only contributes to the local economy by furnishing a ready source of low-cost goods and more than 100 jobs to residents from the surrounding low-income communities, but helps fund the Society’s charitable programs and services. Your in-kind donation of clothing, furniture, books, appliances or computers can be used to assist a working poor family in need or help support the vital programs and services run by the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
